Pay: Defined by Aquarius based on market standard, eg $3.50 usd (50bs)/ hour
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Community Kitchen Assistant to join our small, dedicated team. In this role, you will help with basic meal preparation, cooking, portioning, and packaging of food for distribution. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen environment and wants to make a direct impact on our community. No professional culinary experience is required – just a willingness to learn and a passion for our mission!
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients (washing, chopping, etc.).
- Support cooking tasks under supervision.
- Help with portioning and packaging meals for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines.
